Il-wol-o-bong-do is literally a Chinese character called a picture of five mountain peaks in front of the Moon and Sun.

It was painted on a folding screen and placed on the back of the king's chair during the Joseon Dynasty.

It symbolizes the king's authority and dignity and wishes the dynasty to last forever.

In the late Joseon Dynasty, it was widely used as a folding screen.
